The present invention relates to a sheet for heat insulation and heat dissipation which includes a first heat dissipation layer which disperses heat which is transmitted, a porous material which is stacked on the first heat dissipation layer and includes a plurality of pores to block the heat conducted from the first heat dissipation layer by suppressing the convection of air which is trapped, a second heat dissipation layer which is stacked on the porous material and disperses heat transmitted from the porous material, and first and second hot melt adhesives which are radiated on one side of each of the first and second heat dissipation layers or both sides of the porous material. The sheet is formed with a structure formed by successively stacking the first heat dissipation layer, the first hot melt adhesive, the porous material, the second hot melt adhesive, and the second heat dissipation layer. |
