<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor that can be easily attached to an object whose temperature is to be detected, can accurately detect the temperature at a small temperature deviation, and has an excellent thermal responsiveness.SOLUTION: An exterior case 10 includes: a case side wall 14 having an opening 12 in the pull out direction of a lead wire 8 of a heat sensitive element 4; a case bottom wall 20 integrally formed on the bottom of a case side wall located on the opposite side to the opening 12; an overhang unit 16 that is formed integrally with the case side wall 14 and projects on the opposite side to the opening 12.
