<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a tube caused by an intermittent pressing force, and to improve the transportation accuracy of fluid, in a fluid transportation device.SOLUTION: In a fluid transportation device according to the present invention, an attachment/detachment case (cartridge) 300 having a flow passage inside is constituted so as to be attachable and detachable to/from a main body case 200 in which a pressing member for pressing a tube 330 is arranged, and when the attachment/detachment case is attached to the main body case, the tube constituting the flow passage is pressed by the pressing member 336. Then, in the flow passage, a portion which is pressed by using the pressing member is constituted of the tube, and the remaining portion is constituted integrally with the attachment/detachment case. By this constitution, since the tube is not always pressed, the deterioration of the tube can be prevented. Furthermore, by limiting the tube from which the evaporated fluid is liable to leak away to only the portion which is pressed, the reduction of fluid during transportation can be suppressed, and as a result, the transportation accuracy of the fluid can be improved.</p> |
