The present invention relates to a UV curable adhesive composition and a UV curable adhesive film manufactured using the same and, more specifically, to a UV curable adhesive composition containing 80-95 wt% of a mixed resin consisting of a phenoxy resin and an epoxy resin, 0.01-2.00 wt% of a thermal initiator, and 0.01-9.00 wt% of a UV initiator, and to a UV curable adhesive film manufactured by coating the UV curable adhesive composition on one or both sides of a substrate film. A conventional UV curable adhesive tends to have an increased change in a H_2O contact value before and after UV curing, but the UV curable adhesive film coated with the UV curable adhesive composition of the present invention shows a smaller change in the H_2O contact value before and after UV curing compared to the conventional UV curable adhesive.
