According to the present invention, provided is a photovoltaic power generator using a vanadium redox flow battery having a moving means. The photovoltaic power generator comprises: a moving unit including a caster arranged on a lower portion of a mount panel, and a handle for movement arranged on one side thereof, moving the mount panel to slide; the vanadium redox flow battery arranged in a protection box arranged on an upper portion of the mount panel, and controlled to be charged and discharged; a photovoltaic power generation unit which concentrates sunlight through a light concentration plate installed in an upper side of the protection box, produces electric energy at a predetermined level, and is arranged in a control box arranged between the light concentration plate and the protection box; and a charge and discharge control unit arranged in the control box, preventing electric energy generated by the photovoltaic power generation unit from being overcharged and over-discharged from the vanadium redox flow battery, makes a charging control to input rated voltage or output final discharge voltage at a constant level to the vanadium redox flow battery and a discharging control to convert DC voltage with a constant final discharge voltage, output from the vanadium redox flow battery during discharging operation of the vanadium redox flow battery into AC voltage, and possibly supplying the AC voltage to a load. |
