<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an antibody very easily from silk thread while maintaining its bondability and antigen specificity. <P>SOLUTION: A single-chain antibody (scFv) is selected as the antibody, and this scFv is fused with fibroin protein and exhibited in the silk thread. Melting and reconstruction processing is performed to the obtained silk thread without refining, thus finding out production of the single-chain antibody maintaining high bondability and antigen specificity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
