Provided is a granular soup product which shows good dispersibility even when dissolved in cold water. The granular soup product comprises, relative to 100 wt% of a solvent, 1.1-2.0 wt% of a gelatinized starch, 0.05-0.18 wt% of a gummy matter and 0.2-4.0 wt% of an edible oil having a melting point lower than or equal to 0oC. |
