An instrument for producing kakiage has a kakiage containing portion which includes a tubular mold having both end portions in an axis direction being opened and a plurality of through-holes formed therein, and a bottom plate fixed to an opening portion at one end of the tubular mold and having a plurality of through-holes formed therein, the bottom plate being fixed to the opening portion at the end of the tubular mold such that a given gap is formed between an end portion of the tubular mold and a periphery of the bottom plate. |
