A solid pharmaceutical dosage form for use in the treatment of HIV is disclosed. In particular, the dosage form comprises a solid dispersion comprising at least one HIV protease inhibitor in at least one pharmaceutically acceptable water-soluble polymer and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable non-ionic surfactant, wherein said HIV protease inhibitor comprises lopinavir, and wherein said pharmaceutically acceptable non-ionic surfactant comprises a surfactant having an HLB value of from 4 to 10.
