The device has a housing (28) with at least two coaxial valve elements loaded in closing direction by a servo device (61,88). The inner one (40) of the valve elements consists of a valve body (44) acting with a housing-mounted valve seat, and a guide body (42). This moves in the outer valve element (36) and loads the valve body in closing direction when in normal position. There is a radial gap between valve body and outer valve element. An end face (78) of the guide body opens into a leakage channel (79), which is connected to a leakage connection (24).
