The present invention relates to a soybean-fermented product comprising Orostachys japonicus powder having cancer preventive effects, or to pastes manufactured by using the same. The soybean-fermented product has excellent effects in preventing or alleviating cancer. Accordingly, red pepper paste, soybean paste, soy sauce, or fast-fermented bean paste comprising the soybean-fermented product can be easily used as a health functional food for preventing or alleviating cancer by being introduced with anticancer activities of the soybean-fermented product.
