<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal resistance measuring method for a capacitor and an internal resistance measuring instrument for measuring an internal resistance value by using the motion of an operating machine. <P>SOLUTION: This internal resistance measuring method for a capacitor is an internal resistance measuring method for a capacitor used as a power source via a motor generator in working of a working machine. A first current value and a first storage voltage value are measured when the capacitor is under no-load conditions. The capacitor is brought to an energized state by the motor generator. A second current value and a second storage voltage value are measured with the capacitor in the energized state. The internal resistance of the capacitor is calculated based on a current difference between the second and first current values and on a voltage difference between the second and first voltage values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
