<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an installation cost for a transaction device with a handset concurrently used as an auto phone function and an operation control function for visually impaired and to reduce a cost for an operational cost or the like. <P>SOLUTION: According to the present invention, the transaction device with a handset concurrently used for calling and transaction operations includes: a voice communication unit that, when a calling signal is input, is connected to an external or internal calling terminal via a network and performs voice communications by a voice packet on the basis of a voice signal from the handset; a signal processing unit that mutually performs analog/digital conversions only on the voice signal transmitted/received to/from the handset and the voice communication unit; and a transaction control unit that, when a transaction operation signal is input, outputs a voice guide relating to the transaction operation using the handset to the handset and performs a transaction process on the basis of the operation signal from the handset. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
