MOTION SEGMENTATION METHOD AND SYSTEM IN VIDEO USING RANDOMIZED VOTING

A motion segmentation method in a video using randomized voting comprises: a step of receiving a video; a step of extracting a plurality of feature points from the video; and a step of grouping the feature points by applying a randomized voting technique using a score histogram to some feature points among the feature points respectively wherein the feature points are randomly grouped. The motion segmentation method increases a processing speed and accuracy in the motion segmentation.
