The present invention relates to a method for preparing Kimchi using wild edible plants, and more specifically, to a Kimchi composition added with salted Ligularia fischeri, Pimpinella brachycarpa (KOM.) NAKAI, and Angelica gigas NAKAI among wild edible plants, and to a preparing method thereof. The composition of the present invention can provide the flavor and aroma of the wild edible plants and improves storability and the flavor of Kimchi by developing the wild edible plants-mixed Kimchi. |
