An LED lighting panel PCB cutting structure of the present invention comprises: a panel-type PCB; a cutting guide groove which maintains a non-cutting thickness part to a total thickness of the PCB on an upper and lower side of the PCB, and is formed along an outward form of a unit PCB array; and a cutting auxiliary hole perforated in a vertical direction by maintaining a constant distance to the cutting guide groove. The non-cutting thickness part of the cutting guide groove can be maintained with more than 1/3 thickness of an entire substrate. The cutting auxiliary hole is selectively formed with a diameter of the same or smaller than the largest width of the cutting guide groove, thus controlling a cutting force.
