The present invention relates to a method for rapidly separating polysaccharides having an immune-stimulating activity from persimmon leaves. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing persimmon leaf-derived hyperimmunization active polysaccharides, and persimmon leaf-derived hyperimmunization active polysaccharides produced by the method. The method comprises the steps of: (a) decomposing persimmon leaves through a pectin enzyme, and removing solids; (b) separating and obtaining a precipitate by precipitating a decomposed material of step (a) through ethanol of 70 to 95%(v/v); (c) separating and obtaining a supernatant liquid and a precipitate by collecting the precipitate of step (b) to be precipitated through ethanol of 45 to 55%(v/v); (d) separating and obtaining a supernatant liquid and a precipitate by collecting a precipitate of step (c) to be precipitated through ethanol of 40 to 45%(v/v); (e) obtaining rhamnogalacturonan 2 by collecting a supernatant liquid of step (c) and a supernatant liquid of step (d); and (f) obtaining rhamnogalacturonan 1 by collecting the precipitate of step (d). According to the method for producing persimmon leaf-derived hyperimmunization active polysaccharides, compared to conventional methods performed to separate and refine particular polysaccharides, rhamnogalacturonan can be rapidly and effectively separated. |
