FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: HP compressor stator includes external and internal casings, ring shell (6) perforated by holes (7). The casings are connected with each other by the resilient elements. In holes (7) of the ring shell (6) the nozzles (8) are installed, output end (9) of the nozzles is directed towards the surface (10) of the internal casing. Te connecting flange (11) of the internal casing is made with holes (13) for bolts (14) of the thread joints and open towards the ring shell (6) with cutouts (15) between holes (13). Ratio of distance T in circumferential direction between the output ends (9) of the nozzles (8) to distance H in circumferential direction between the centres of holes (13) for bolts (14) of thread joints is 0.7-2.5.EFFECT: by improved efficiency of the internal casing cooling due minimum distance between the nozzle output and cooled surface of the internal casing the efficiency factor is increased for HP compressor.2 dwg |
