PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell stack device capable of suppressing damages of the fuel battery cell, and a fuel battery device.SOLUTION: A fuel battery cell stack device 1 comprises: a fuel battery cell 3 having an inter connector 11 on a side surface A side; a fuel battery cell stack 2 which has a collector member 4 and is electrically connected between adjacent fuel battery cells 3 via the collector member 4a, and in which a plurality of fuel battery cells 3 are arranged to stand in line; a manifold 20 in which a lower edge of the fuel battery cell 3 is fixed thereto; and a pair of fuel battery cell stack supporting members 5 and protective covers 6 arranged outside of an edge collector member 4b and contacting with the edge collector member 4b. A distance between a protective cover 6X at the side surface A side and the fuel battery cell stack 2 is constant from a bottom side to an upper side, and a distance between a protective cover 6Y at the side surface B side and the fuel battery cell stack 2 at an upper side is narrower that at a bottom side. |
