<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a cylindrical laminate capable of promoting thermal melting wear of a thermal melting wear sheet material even if the condition to pressurize a thermal melting wear sheet material is eased, and capable of easily raising the shape retentivity of the cylindrical laminate. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the cylindrical laminate 11 includes a winding process which winds up a nonwoven fabric 12 to the winding core while heating it. In the winding process, the nonwoven fabric 12 is continuously passed between the winding core 21 and a drive roller 22 while pressurizing the nonwoven fabric 12 by the winding core 21 and the drive roller 22, and the nonwoven fabric 12 is heated and wound up to the winding core 21 by the driving roller 22. The drive roller 22 includes a first drive roller 22a and a second drive roller 22b that is located in the downstream side rather than the first drive roller. The temperature of the second drive roller 22b is assumed more than the melting point of a thermal melting wear component. The nonwoven fabric 12 is supplied by the circumferential velocity of the first drive roller 22a, while accelerating the circumferential velocity of the second drive roller 22b more than the circumferential velocity of the first drive roller 22a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
