摘要 Provided is a method for producing an alumina molded body. More specifically, provided is a method for producing alumina molded body. The method comprises the steps of: producing boehmite gel by agitating boehmite, silica, deflocculant, and solvent which is an alumina precursor; aging the boehmite gel for 12 to 24 hours under an atmosphere where a saturation vapor pressure temperature of the solvent is controlled; and forming an alumina molded body having mesopores by plasticizing the aged boehmite gel at a temperature of 500 to 600°C. Accordingly, through the method for producing an alumina molded body according to the present invention, without using a surfactant, micropore properties of the alumina molded body having mesopores can be maintained. A process for drying a surfactant is not required, so a production process can be simplified, and production costs can be reduced. Furthermore, the properties of mesopores of an alumina molded body having a middle pore by a silica content and an aging process can be easily controlled.
