The present invention provides a device for controlling a temperature and stabilizing a pressure by contact using body heat which transfers body heat of a worker to a pressure pipe or the like to stabilize a pressure when a surrounding environment causes a small amount of change or extremely small pressure leakage while an initial pressure around a specific measurement point is stabilized to a certain degree. The device for controlling a temperature and stabilizing a pressure by contact using body heat according to the present invention comprises: a pressure pipe wherein a reference pressure gauge is installed on one side thereof, a test target pressure gauge is installed on the other side thereof, and a pressure medium is filled therein; a pressure adjustment pipe which branches off from the pressure pipe; a pressure generator installed on the pressure adjustment pipe to generate and adjust a pressure; a pressure stabilization pipe which branches off from the pressure pipe; and a body heat transfer member installed on an end of the pressure stabilization pipe to transfer body heat of a worker to the pressure medium in the pressure stabilization pipe when a body portion of the worker comes into contact therewith.
