The present invention relates to an intelligent embedded information communications system and a construction method thereof and, more particularly, to a system which can transceive data of a machine tool or a molding machine with a mobile device, digitalize an analog signal with respect to a condition of production facilities to be provided, and provide a wireless sensor node for a production management system to allow communications to be smoothly performed. According to the present invention, the intelligent embedded information communications system comprises: an embedded device (10) for detecting a condition of production facilities, and wirelessly transmitting detected information of a sensor through a ubiquitous sensor network; a memory (20) for storing a unique identification address to be able to communicate with a computer which is accessed to the Internet; and a communications unit (30) including the unique identification address in a header of a packet, and wirelessly transmitting information of a production resource to an external resource (40) of an IP terminal. The embedded device includes: a plurality of sensors (11) installed in a site to observe a condition of production facilities; a signal processor (12) for processing a signal of information on the production facilities measured from the sensors; a sensor node (13) for converting the information signal processed in the signal processor into a wireless signal to wirelessly transmit the same to an external resource which is remotely installed; and a battery (14) for supplying power for driving to the sensor node. |
