<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point management system, a point management method and a point management program for effectively giving points to a client and a recipient of delivery as a tool of use promotion and precisely managing the points. <P>SOLUTION: A point management server 20 comprises a control section 21 and a member information database 22, and is connected to a client terminal 11 and a delivery management system 30. When the control section 21 of the point management server 20 determines that a package identified by a track number acquired from the client terminal 11 has been shipped and a log-in person is a client, it performs point awarding processing as a client.
