<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, conventionally, the positional relation between upper and lower panels is shifted when stacking panels, bolt holes of the respective upper and lower panels do not match and the respective upper and lower panels cannot be connected with a bolt. <P>SOLUTION: When stacking panel bodies 1a in a plurality of stages, a connecting member 2a on the upper side provided on the panel body 1a with one end fixed to the panel body 1a and the other end projecting upwards from the upper side front surface side of the panel body 1a is made to abut on the front surface of the panel body 1a of an upper stage at the other end thereof to be engaged with the panel body 1a of the upper stage. A connection member 2a on the lower side provided on the panel body 1a with one end fixed to the panel body 1a and the other end projecting downwards from the lower side front surface side of the panel body 1a is made to abut on the front surface of the panel body 1a of the lower stage at the other end thereof to be engaged with the panel body 1a of the lower stage.
