<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve, in a hydraulic draft gear, assemblability of a damping force generating device into a single valve receiving hole which is provided in a vehicle body side mounting member equipped on a damper cylinder.SOLUTION: For a hydraulic draft gear 100, in a valve unit 140A, each of a compression-side damping force adjuster 170 and an extension-side damping force adjuster 180 is provided on a single valve holder 143 and they are arranged in parallel and apart from each other as viewed in the plane of the valve holder 143 so that they can be inserted in a single valve receiving hole 114A from the outside in a state of being set in a subassembly including the single valve holder 143. The valve unit 140A is inserted in the single valve receiving hole 114A from the outside, and a cap 114, which is fitted to the valve holder 143 from the outside and is axially engaged with the same, is fixed to an opening screw part of the valve receiving hole 114A.</p> |
