<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly identify a protein in which PHB2 is bonded to clarify a fat differentiation regulation mechanism, to provide a new method of screening a fat differentiation regulator based on the result of the clarification, and to provide a new fat differentiation regulator. <P>SOLUTION: A method of screening a regulator in formation of a complex of prohibitin 2 (PHB2) and a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ/coactivator (PGC1α), including: selecting a material to be tested which promotes or inhibits formation of the complex of the PHB2 and the PGC1α. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
