摘要 By having a cellulase preparation comprising at least a certain amount of endoglucanases derived from two different types of microorganisms, the cellulase preparation can be provided with a higher activity and a wider pH property than those of cellulase preparations each containing one of the endoglucanases alone. Moreover, by introducing and expressing simultaneously two different types of cellulase genes in a single host cell, a cellulase preparation having a high activity and a wide pH property can be produced easily.

A cellulase preparation comprising at least two different isolated endoglucanases, wherein the two different endoglucanases are: (a) an endoglucanase classified in GH family 5, and an endoglucanase classified in GH family 12; or (b) an endoglucanase classified in GH family 12, and an endoglucanase classified in GH family 45, wherein the endoglucanase classified in GH family 5 comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, or comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 but in which ten or less amino acids are deleted, substituted, inserted, or added; the endoglucanase classified in GH family 12 comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, or comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4 but in which ten or less amino acids are deleted, substituted, inserted, or added; and the endoglucanase classified in GH family 45 comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6, or comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6 but in which ten or less amino acids are deleted, substituted, inserted, or added, and wherein the preparation exhibits synergistic fuzz-removing activity.
