The present invention relates to a novel rice plant, a breeding method of the rice plant, and a processed food comprising rice produced from the rice plant, wherein the rice plant is produced by crossing a variety from Joryeong and a variety from Seolhyangchal which are one of varieties of a rice plant, and contains a large amount of iron and zinc. The rice plant of the present invention is capable of producing rice containing a large amount of iron and zinc, compared to rice produced by a conventional a rice plant variety, thereby being able to be widely applied for manufacturing functional food using rice.
