摘要

The present invention relates to a nanofiber sheet which can effectively prevent adhesion among bio-tissues, and to a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a nanofiber sheet in a non-woven fabric form, which is made up of uniform nanofiber and has large surface area without toxicity by being fabricated through electrospinning using water-soluble chitosan and polyethylene oxide (PEO) which is a hydrophilic polymer. The present invention further relates to a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises steps of: acquiring a polymer solution by dissolving the water-soluble chitosan and polyethylene oxide in water; and electrospinning the polymer solution thereafter.
