Aramid pulp according to the present invention is manufactured by an aramid pulp manufacturing apparatus comprising: a water inlet (1); a polymer solution inlet (2); a disk assembly (3); one to three of rotary toothed disks (4); a cone type milling apparatus (5); an outlet (6); and a raw material filling space (7). The disk assembly (3) includes: a cylindrical column (31) and a circular plate type disk (32) forming a plurality of holes (33) at regular distances and intervals from the cylindrical column. Water can pass through the inside of the cylindrical column and a resin solution can pass through the holes. The aramid pulp manufactured by the aramid pulp manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention has 0.5-1.3 mm of fiber length.
