FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: method of creation of guaranteed tightening in the differential-thread connection of parts includes stud screwing in by the treaded part with friction coating through the hole of one connected part in the thread hole of the another connected part, nut installation on the threaded part of the stud, made with antifriction coating, tightening using wrench of the nut and stud, at that the stud made out of spring steel is screwed in the rod part in direction of the joint tightening due to torque, accumulating the elastic energy, and upon joint loosening during operation they are unscrewed under action of the elastic forces, and is screwed in the crown nut creating the torque force.EFFECT: no loosening of the joint elements, and due to the self-tightening of the connected parts the joint reliability during operation is increased.1 dwg |
