FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: toothed planetary gear contains sun gear, satellite gears, each of them comprises two wheels installed on bearings, satellite gear axles, fixed central wheel with internal teeth, pinion carrier, inserts, lock and thrust collars. The pinion carrier is made with two flanges and slots in them, located near the place of satellite gear axles seating. The inserts have dimensions corresponding to dimensions of slots in the pinion carrier flanges, and are installed in them with clearance corresponding to flange deformation of the pinion carrier at maximum permitted load, thus ensuring damage prevention of the pinion carrier.EFFECT: increasing carrying capacity of transmission.3 dwg |
