PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for inkjet recording which is excellent in adhesion to a polyvinyl chloride resin sheet, and is excellent in the discharge stability of a recording head, and its manufacturing method in which a vinyl chloride vinyl acetate copolymer resin which has been manufactured by suspension polymerization is used as a binder resin, and to provide an ink cartridge which stores the ink, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The ink for inkjet recording includes the vinyl chloride vinyl acetate copolymer resin which has been manufactured by suspension polymerization as a binder resin. Its manufacturing method is characterized as follows. To the ink for inkjet recording in which a non-dissolved gel component of the vinyl chloride vinyl acetate copolymer resin is included, homogenization is carried out with a pressure formula homogenizer, the gel component is dissolved in a solvent, and the ink for inkjet recording without the gel component is manufactured. Moreover, the ink cartridge which stores the ink for inkjet recording in a pouch is manufactured. |
