<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior precision casting method and a molten metal manufacturing apparatus for precision casting, with which casting of high dimensional accuracy can be carried out of a casting product having properties such as high rigidity and high abrasion resistance, although its shape is complex, and with which little machining is required after the casting and processing problems are reduced even when the casting product has high hardness due to near net shaping, and further with which a casting product of excellent quality can be provided in which failure hardly occurs since surface roughness is improved and a number of casting defects is small.SOLUTION: Provided is a precision casting method for casting by pouring ceramic particle dispersed molten metal 3, in which ceramic particles 2 are dispersed, into a casting mold 1 manufactured by a lost wax process. In the precision casting method, the ceramic particle dispersed molten metal 3 which is obtained by agitating and mixing dissolved metal 4 and the ceramic particles 2 in a depressurized state, is injected and poured into the casting mold 1 in an inert gas atmospheric state.</p> |
