<p>For an organic semiconductor component and production thereof, an organic semiconductor layer is formed from complexes disposed on a boundary between a first layer and a second layer. The organic semiconductor layer is thereby orientated. The first layer is formed of a salt providing the central cations for the complexes. The second layer is formed of molecules that are the ligands of the complexes. Complex formation takes place when the second layer is deposited on the first layer.</p> |
