<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor whether a monitoring target trademark is used in a monitoring target merchandise or service on a WEB page. <P>SOLUTION: A trademark information processor includes a trademark-related information acquisition part 102 for acquiring trademark-related information having trademark information and merchandise and service identification information from WEB page information; a monitoring target storage part 104 for storing monitoring target information having monitoring target trademark information to be monitored and monitoring target identification information being the merchandise and service identification information corresponding to the monitoring target trademark information; a trademark determination part 105 for determining whether or not a trademark indicated by the monitoring target trademark information is the same as or similar to a trademark indicated by the trademark information; a merchandise and service determination part 106 for determining whether or not a merchandise or service indicated by the monitoring target identification information is the same as or similar to a merchandise or service indicated by the merchandise and service identification information; and an output part 107 for outputting determination result information to perform an output corresponding to a determination result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
