<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform redirect processing while reducing a processing load of a server device. <P>SOLUTION: Request reception means (80) of a server device (20) connected with a user device (10) which a user operates so that the server can transmit/receive data to/from the user device receives an access request to an address which is designated by the user. When the request reception means (80) receives the access request, determination means (82) determines whether or not access to the address designated by the user should be permitted.
