<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manual operation of a worker in a stretch forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This stretch forming apparatus 10 is equipped with a pair of jaws J<SB POS="POST">L</SB>, J<SB POS="POST">R</SB>gripping both ends of a workpiece W, a forming tool D disposed between the pair of jaws J<SB POS="POST">L</SB>, J<SB POS="POST">R</SB>and abutting to the workpiece W, and a plurality of control axes J<SB POS="POST">D1</SB>-J<SB POS="POST">D2</SB>, J<SB POS="POST">L1</SB>-J<SB POS="POST">L6</SB>, J<SB POS="POST">R1</SB>-J<SB POS="POST">R6</SB>. The apparatus further has a control device, based on the worker's manual operation to a certain control axis, for synchronously controlling residual control axes, when the workpiece W is wound around the forming tool D by changing position/posture of respective jaws J<SB POS="POST">L</SB>, J<SB POS="POST">R</SB>and the forming tool D by operating the plurality of control axes J<SB POS="POST">D1</SB>-J<SB POS="POST">D2</SB>, J<SB POS="POST">L1</SB>-J<SB POS="POST">L6</SB>, J<SB POS="POST">R1</SB>-J<SB POS="POST">R6</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
