ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION, ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM AND THE SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE USING THEREOF

The present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive film and a semiconductor device using the same and, more specifically, provided is an anisotropic conductive film composition containing a cationic-based hardener of which a surface is treated by a compound having a binder resin, reactive compounds and an epoxy group and a conductive particle. The anisotropic conductive film more improves productivity and economic feasibility and can rapidly harden at a low temperature at the same time and improves connection reliability at low and high temperatures.
