<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an information display device with which only commercial transaction information preferred to be confirmed visually additionally is displayed to a transaction party on a real time basis and suitably changed according to negotiations among parties and the commercial transaction can be proceeded while visually confirming the changed contents; an information display system; and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The information display device includes: a communication means which performs information communications with an electronic terminal connected via a network; and an input means for inputting first information transmitted to the electronic terminal connected via the network.
