<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the power of a mobile terminal device from being insufficient when output data are transmitted from the mobile terminal device to an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus includes: a data input/output section 140 for receiving output data from a mobile terminal device; an image output section 120 for forming an image according to the output data on a medium; a power supply section 150 for supplying power to the mobile terminal device; and a system control device 160 for causing the power supply section 150 to perform power supply under a condition that the data input/output section 140 receives data.
