<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture method for maintaining secretory production of bacteria in a method of secretory production of a useful substance using a surfactant. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for extracellular secretory production of a useful substance comprising the following steps (a) and (b), where a Kjeldahl nitrogen amount in the culture solution in the step (a) is 15-500 g/L during a time of≥10% time required for the step (a): the step (a) for extracellularly secreting a useful substance in the simultaneous existence of a culture solution for culturing useful substance producing bacteria and a surfactant (B), and the step (b) for separating from the bacteria the useful substance and the culture solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
