<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease-sealed bearing for a motor, the bearing which is used under an atmosphere associated with fine reciprocating motion and vibration, which has superior fretting resistance, and which can prevent the wear of a bearing rolling face. <P>SOLUTION: The grease-sealed bearing 1 for the motor supports a rotor 13 of the motor by using its rotating shaft 11, a grease composition containing base oil, an increaser and an additive is sealed around a rolling body, dynamic viscosity at a temperature of 40°of the base oil is 20 to 50 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/s, the additive contains at least one kind of phosphorous ester expressed by a formula (1) or (2), and a content of the phosphorous ester is 0.5 to 4 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the base oil and the increaser. In the formula (1) and (2), R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">4</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">5</SB>denote a methyl group or an ethyl group, respectively, and R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>may be the groups same as R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">4</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">5</SB>, or groups different from them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
