<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation significantly reducing stickiness given thereto by viscous substances, exhibiting the effect so as to be stably formulated, particularly, even when the viscous substance is an electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: It has been discovered that a stable and nonsticky skin care preparation is obtainable even if a viscous substance is formulated, by formulating an N-monolong-chain acyl basic amino acid and polysaccharides obtained from genus Alcaligenes bacteria. Even in a case when the viscous substance is an electrolyte, the effect is developed without reduction. Further, more stabilized preparation is obtained when an alkyl-modified water-soluble cellulose derivative is formulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
