performing cell reselection; determining whether high speed downlink shared channel (HS-DSCH) reception is enabled by determining if HS-DSCH common system information is included in System Information Block (SIB) 5 or SIB 5bis and if a value of a variable HS_DSCH_RECEPTION_OF_CCCH_ENABLED is set to TRUE; and performing a medium access control (MAC) reset in response to the HS-DSCH reception being enabled. |
