<p>The invention aims to provide a method for removing sulfur compound from alcohol. The method reduces the environmental burden by recycling saturated sulfur-compound-absorbing absorbent. The method for removing sulfur compound from alcohol comprises removing the absorbed sulfur compound in the alcohol by contacting the sulfur-compound-containing alcohol with the absorbent having silver; desorbing the sulfur compound absorbed by the absorbent by circulating eluent and/or gas and meanwhile increasing the temperature of the absorbent, so as to remove the sulfur compound from the absorbent; and recycling the absorbent.</p> |
