<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce membrane oscillations of a cylinder head cover by proper setting of a bolt tightening part of the cylinder head cover with respect to a cylinder head, even in the case of an engine in which a part increasing the amplitude of the membrane oscillations of the cylinder head cover is not positioned directly above a cam shaft. <P>SOLUTION: An arm part 92 laterally extended out from a cam cap 90 is integrally formed on the cam cap 90 which is fixed to the cylinder head 10.
