<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a deviation in printing position of a printing agent caused by a gap between a mask and a base plate and manufacturing errors of dimensions of the mask and the base plate, in an off-contact printing method. <P>SOLUTION: In this printing method for performing off-contact printing of the printing agent on the base plate by using a printing device including the mask fixed to a frame body of the printing device, a stage arranged below the mask so as to be movable, the base plates fixed to the stage and a squeegee printing the printing agent supplied to the top face of the mask from an opening of the mask to an electrode of the base plate, positional shift amount of the printing agent printed on the first base plate is actually measured, and to reduce the positional shift amount, the stage on which the base plate is placed is moved based on the shift amount during printing of the second base plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
