<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnecessary radiation emitted from a semiconductor chip for driving a liquid crystal display unit.SOLUTION: A display unit comprises a display panel including a semiconductor chip, and a touch panel arranged on the display panel. The touch panel comprises: a touch panel substrate; a shield electrode formed in a region on the semiconductor chip of the display panel, on the touch panel substrate; and shield electrode wiring formed at a peripheral part of at least one side of two sides orthogonal to a side on which the shield electrode is formed. A touch panel flexible wiring board is connected to a side of the touch panel substrate opposite to the side where the shield electrode is formed. A predetermined voltage is supplied to the shield electrode via the shield electrode wiring from the touch panel flexible wiring board.</p> |
